The 2015 Philafieldhockey Senior All-Star Game featuring the best of the best (42) senior field hockey players selected from 111 Phila-area high schools will be held tomorrow, Sunday, November 22 at 1:00 p.m. at Christopher Dock High School, 1000 Forty Foot Road, Lansdale. The game will be played in the stadium in the rear of the campus.
Special thanks to our sponsor, Longstreth for their support of our players, teams, and this event.
The Senior All-Stars represent 32 teams from 14 Phila-area leagues. Twenty-nine players have committed to NCAA Division I, II and III field hockey programs, including four who will play for 2015 NCAA Division I Final-4 teams and one for a NCAA DIII Final-4 team. Five players will compete in the PIAA and PAISAA State Championships today.
Although there is no title at stake, this game is promised to be a fiery match with highly competitive athletes leaving it all on the field.
The concession stand will be open. There is no admission fee to the game; we invite all Phila-area players, parents, coaches, friends and fans to join us in celebration of Phila-area field hockey and the Senior All-Stars — for many, it will be their last game.
The Senior All-Star Game will be professionally videotaped by 240 Zone Sports Documentary Videos. (Copies available for purchase.)
