William Tennent and Neshaminy both earned PAHSFHCA All-Academic Team honors
The Pennsylvania High School Field Hockey Coaches Association (PHSFHCA) released today the All-State Academic Teams and All-State Academic honorees.
A team’s players must have earned an average of 3.3 or higher or 92% or higher to earn the status of All-State Academic Team. Student-athletes named as All-State Academic honorees must have met the following guidelines: must be a senior, a starter or important reserve player and have earned a GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, 4.375 on a 5.0 scale or 87.5% on a 100% scale. Coaches must be members of the PHSFHCA and have submitted verified transcripts for consideration.
Forty-five schools earned the distinction of All-State Academic Team including 14 Phila-area programs. Congratulations to the following:
